Good guy – you are a high schooler with high ideals. This did not stimulate the economy. This has given people false hope because they will now build more cars that will sit on dealers lots. Those who get called back to work will by layed off again when the cars they build for replace the inventory does not sell. So this is false hope.

How come an illegal caught speeding had five IDs & only gets deported with NO charges filed for false IDS?

A man stopped for speeding in Beaver Meadows will be deported by U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement, borough police said.

Police Chief Michael Morresi stopped 36-year-old Jose Juarez Peña, 50 Madison St., West Hazleton, just after 1:30 p.m. Saturday on Broad Street (Route 93).

Peña had five separate identifications showing addresses in the Philadelphia area, Maryland and Mexico, according to Morresi. He checked with ICE and learned Peña was in this country illegally for the past nine years.

Peña is being held at the Carbon County prison until ICE agents arrive to take him back to Mexico. His vehicle was impounded for sale by borough police
